Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the PGT positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification:
A Master's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
A degree or diploma in education or training.
Age Limit:
Candidates should not exceed 36 years of age.
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Selection Process:
The selection process for DSSSB PGT recruitment comprises:
One-Tier Examination (Tier-I):
Duration: 3 hours.
Total Questions: 300 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Total Marks: 300.
Each correct answer awards 1 mark.
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
The questions will be bilingual (Hindi & English), except for language papers, which will be in the respective language only.
Application Fee:
General and OBC candidates: ₹100.
Women, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen candidates: Exempted from paying the application fee.
The application fee should be paid online through SBI e-pay. Other modes of payment will not be accepted.
