- A total research score of 120 as per UGC criteria.

- A minimum of 8 years of teaching and/or research experience in an academic or research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor.
- At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- A total research score of 75 as per UGC criteria.
- Desirable Skills:
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to design effective course modules.
- Knowledge of recent trends and research in the respective subject.
- Experience in research collaboration and multidisciplinary studies.

- Eligibility Criteria:
Assistant Professor of Psychology
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree with 55% marks in Psychology or a related subject.
- Cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET.
- Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC regulations are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
